By accessing or using the Ainvis platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Approved early access participants receive access to the Ainvis platform at no charge for the duration of the early access phase (a minimum of 30 days). In return, you agree to:

You own your data. All conversation data, uploaded documents, and business context you submit to Ainvis remains your intellectual property. You grant Ainvis a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. Ainvis does not claim ownership of your content.

The Ainvis platform, including the AI personas, persona names, system prompts, UI, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of XPAND K.K. No licence to copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform is granted except as expressly set out herein.

Ainvis is a platform for internal business deliberation. The AI personas (James, Nova, Wei, Zola, Dev, and others) function analogously to members of an internal team: they contribute analytical perspectives, surface relevant considerations, and participate in discussion. They do not provide professional financial, legal, medical, tax, or other regulated advisory services.

Ainvis は社内の業務上の審議・ディスカッションを支援するプラットフォームです。AI ペルソナ（James、Nova、Wei、Zola、Dev など）は、社内チームメンバーに準ずる立場として機能します。すなわち、分析的な視点を提供し、検討すべき論点を整理し、議論に参加します。金融・法律・医療・税務その他の規制上の専門的助言サービスを提供するものではありません。

Ainvis es una plataforma para la deliberación empresarial interna. Las personas de IA (James, Nova, Wei, Zola, Dev y otras) funcionan de manera análoga a los miembros de un equipo interno: aportan perspectivas analíticas, destacan consideraciones relevantes y participan en discusiones. No proporcionan servicios de asesoramiento financiero, legal, médico, fiscal u otros servicios de asesoramiento regulados profesionales.

No advisory relationship is created between you (or your organisation) and Ainvis, or between you and any AI persona. No fiduciary duty, duty of care, or professional obligation of any kind is established. Specifically, the AI personas:

All strategic, financial, legal, medical, or other material decisions remain exclusively the responsibility of your organisation and its authorised human decision-makers. Before acting on any matter that requires licensed professional judgement — including but not limited to investment decisions, legal positions, medical treatment, or tax filings — you must obtain advice from an appropriately qualified and licensed professional.

Todas las decisiones estratégicas, financieras, legales, médicas u otras decisiones materiales siguen siendo responsabilidad exclusiva de su organización y sus tomadores de decisiones humanos autorizados. The platform is provided on an "as-is, best-effort" basis during the beta phase. Ainvis makes no warranty of uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We target >99% monthly uptime and will communicate scheduled maintenance in advance, but no formal SLA applies during the design-partner phase.

La plataforma se proporciona en base "tal cual, de mejor esfuerzo" durante la fase beta. Ainvis no garantiza el tiempo de actividad, disponibilidad o idoneidad para un propósito particular. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ainvis and XPAND K.K. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including any decisions made based on AI-generated content. As set out in Article 6, AI persona outputs are contributions to internal deliberation and do not constitute professional advice of any kind; all decisions and their consequences remain the sole responsibility of your organisation.

適用法令の認める最大限の範囲において、Ainvis 及び XPAND株式会社は、AI 生成コンテンツに基づいて行われた意思決定を含む、プラットフォームの使用から生じる間接的損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的損害又は懲罰的損害について一切責任を負わないものとします。第 6 条に定めるとおり、AI ペルソナの出力は社内審議への寄与であり、いかなる種類の専門的助言にも該当しません。すべての決定及びその結果は、お客様の組織の単独の責任に帰属します。

En la máxima medida que permita la legislación aplicable, Ainvis y XPAND K.K. no serán responsables de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo derivado del uso de la plataforma, incluidas las decisiones adoptadas sobre la base de contenido generado por IA. Either party may terminate participation in the Early Access Programme at any time by providing 7 days' written notice. Ainvis may suspend access immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for the 30-day grace period described in the Privacy Policy, then deleted.

Cualquiera de las partes puede finalizar la participación en el Programa de Acceso Anticipado en cualquier momento con 7 días de aviso por escrito. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
